Buying off-plan
How it works.
- 1
Priority list
Join now, with no payment and no commitment. Once the permit is granted, we contact requests in the order received, before the public launch.
- 2
Reservation
A reservation contract with a 2% deposit held by the notary, binding only once your financing and the final permit are secured.
- 3
Notarial deed
You pay the land share and fees; the construction is then invoiced in stages as the building rises, within the limits set by law (art. 1601-9 Civil Code).
- 4
Handover
The final 5% is paid when you receive the keys.
Completion guarantee
Every off-plan sale includes the statutory completion guarantee: a bank guarantee from Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), under which the bank undertakes to pay the sums needed to complete the building.
